Cancellation Policy
- Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subjected to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge of 50%.
- To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

- The clinic reserves the right to select and maintain patients based on suitability and safety of all those participating.
- Clients who miss appointments without notice, who are late and/or who are disrespectful will not be welcomed back. No shows will not be taken as clients ever again.
- If You arrive late for your scheduled appointment, You will only receive the time remaining for treatment. No Refunds of Services
- We reserve the right to ask clients to prepay 100% before an appointment.
- Customers of age 18 or younger required guardian supervision during the visit. If guardian is not available for the duration of the appointment then no service can be provided.
